Mumfulness is an online course that teaches mindfulness for mums and how you can also apply the tools and techniques with your kids.

The course runs for 5 weeks with most content delivered via a private facebook group and there will be 2 group calls via Zoom (online conference tool). It is completely online so you can do it in the comfort of your own home and you don’t even have to organise a sitter!

The topics we will cover are:
Week 1 – Self Care for the Busy Mama
Week 2 – Getting Organised
Week 3 – The 5 Love Languages of Children
Week 4 – Positive Parenting Tips
Week 5 – Mindfulness for Kids

Bonus Session
You will also get a bonus one on one face to face (via Zoom) session with me to chat about ANYTHING that’s on your mind. It could be related to the topics we are covering or you may have other mum things that you need some help with! Anything goes!
